Creative Director

He uses a mouse, phone, and all things Adobe to keep things fired-up at TruFuel. A musician at birth and a multimedia designer since 1999, Perry is wired for creativity and making sure clients are tickled pink.

Professional Facts:
Perry has been producing online multimedia marketing content such as websites, animation, music and e-cards since 1999. Before that, he received a Masters in Experiential Education and then worked as a youth instructor for several organizations including Outward Bound and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He also produced, wrote, animated, edited, scored and created voices for a 36-minute award-winning Flash animation: www.thefruition.com

Fun Facts:

  • Studies topo maps of Colorado for lesser-known mountain bike single-track
  • Had a synth band in high school and college and geeked out on MIDI systems
  • He loves watching his 4 and 8 year old daughters dance, play, and sing

Amy Humphries

Producer/Project Manager

A dynamite Project Manager and Producer, Amy can be summed up in three words: organized, efficient, and creative. She’s never met a problem that couldn’t be streamlined and solved with teamwork, tenacity and a to-do list.

Professional Facts:
Amy has a B.S. in Computer Science and professional training in Project Management and Web programming. She started her career as a programmer/analyst and since has worked in a variety of industries streamlining processes and solving problems creatively. Previously, she owned a business called Technically Organized, helping business professionals utilize technology to accomplish business goals.

Fun Facts:

  • Her dog, Bear, was featured on “Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show” as a Celebrity Look-a-like Pet
  • Played the leading role in “Our Town” in high school
  • Sings incessantly to pop music in the car
  • Thinks the only reason to have cake is for the frosting
  • Loves being outdoors and dreams of one day hugging a lion in Africa

Eddy Mayer

Concept Artist and Illustrator

Truly an outstanding illustrator and designer, Eddy is experienced in producing commercial work for film, animation, video game and advertising companies.

Eddy specializes in the creation of Characters, Environments, Vehicles, and Storyboards.

Professional Facts:
Eddy has illustrated for film and animation studios, video game companies, advertising agencies and production houses with outstanding results. His work has been used by companies such as Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, 20th Century Fox, The Discovery Channel, EMG, Saab and many more.

Fun Facts:

  • Some of Eddy latest projects include: Disney’s ‘The Princess and the Frog’, ‘G-Force’, ‘Rapunzel’ and ‘Toy Story 3′
  • He plays the Ukelele on a regular basis with moderate success
  • His dog Charlie is a Giant Schauzer who weighs 100 pounds!

John Woo

Technology Director

It’s like two people for the price of one. He’s an amazing illustrator and programmer. Skills like these are hard to find in one person, but it all comes naturally to John.

Professional Facts:
John is a skilled programmer and artist. This kind of talent is hard to find in one person! He has become highly proficient in Actionscript 2 and 3, and has a knack for leading our programmers in building engaging Flash games and applications. He graduated from the prestigious California Institute of the Arts, and worked in the field of animation for Sony Pictures, Columbia/Tristar, Paramount Pictures and Klasky Csupo.

He worked on animations such as Adam Sandler’s Eight Crazy Nights, Dilbert and Rugrats: the Movie

Constance Sablan

Marketing and Communications Specialist

Constance daydreams about charting goals and creating objectives and strategies relative to each client.

Professional Facts:
Constance is a seasoned marketing professional. With both agency and in-house experience, her strengths lie in meeting communications goals through strategic and outreach planning, media relations, event and meeting planning and writing and editing.

Fun Facts:

  • Considers coffee one of the five-basic food groups
  • Admits she knows all the words (and some of the dance steps) to High School Musical songs
  • Enjoys reading, swimming, kick-boxing and tennis
  • Once managed media inquiries around-the-clock when a client built a 4,500 square foot home in 97 hours on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition
  • Voted most likely to multitask (drinking Starbucks through the hose of her 100 oz. CamelBak, talking on headpiece, whipping up a batch of her famous chocolate-chip cookies and helping kids with homework at the same time.)

Ken Truhan

Animator, Cartoonist, Illustrator

Transforming ordinary into extraordinary with a flick of his # 2 pencil, Ken’s animations range from side-splittingly humorous to slick and professional. Ken is that mind-blowing, amazingly creative cat who can make his storyboard come to life in seconds flat.

Professional Facts:
Ken is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts, where he majored in traditional Character Animation. Since arriving on the shores of Colorado in 1994, his work experience has ranged from Flash animation and cartoon illustration to graphic and web design.

Fun Facts:

  • Worked in a Banana Republic stockroom with Scott Mosier (filmmaker Kevin Smith’s long-time producer and right-hand man.)
  • Once paid for a parking violation by writing a check on a pair of boxer shorts.
  • Thinks the future will be dominated by nanotechnology and tribes of samurai girls on rollerblades.
  • Is totally thrilled that one of his TruFuel character designs got turned into a giant foam mascot costume!
